Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for natural products. These elements make each order distinct and non-resalable.
We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it’s crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.
In such cases, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We aim to get back to you within 7 working days to discuss the next steps, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation and our return policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
